By accessing or using the Join My Library website and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Join My Library provides an online platform that connects users seeking to book study seats ("Students") with libraries offering such seats ("Libraries"). We act as an intermediary to facilitate these bookings.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- Maintain the security of your password and identification.
- Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
- Notify us immediately if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to the Service.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Post any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
5. Bookings and Cancellations
Students are responsible for honoring their bookings. Libraries are responsible for providing the booked seats and listed amenities. Cancellation policies, if any, are determined by the individual Library and will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Join My Library is not responsible for disputes arising from cancellations or no-shows.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Join My Library and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Join My Library.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Join My Library, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Rajasthan, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
